These all generally take several weeks to really understand the concept of the character and get down their main combos, spacing and setups that are needed to win. These fighters fall right in the middle of our listings, being neither overly easy or complex. This grouping of characters is also a good place to point newcomers, as there's still a decent amount of depth and nuance here, but lacking really high execution walls that need to be overcome. While good cases could be made that both Sakura and Rashid are definitely too strong for how easy they are to play, most of the other cast members are around the mid to low tier range, which is what you'd expect from characters who don't take as much time investment compared to the rest of the cast. They also tend to run lower on the tier listing side than the above characters, with a few exceptions, so while they're easier to play, they're not overpowered in that general context. They're definitely easier to play than most of the other characters, but they still have some depth that's advisable to learn and adapt into your overall gameplan.
